Surface Water-Groundwater Simulation

For integrated surface water-groundwater simulation, FEFLOW can be coupled to MIKE11 or Hydro_AS-2D. The coupling module to MIKE11 - IfmMIKE11 - is available as a regular product. For the coupling interface to Hydro_AS-2D, please contact our support team.

Plug-ins

FEFLOW can be customized by adding modules for the programming interface IFM (plug-ins). These can be coded directly by the user, but also on demand by the DHI-WASY service team. Some of them are even part of the FEFLOW installation.

There are already existing solutions for many applications - please have a look at the lists of existing plug-ins and import/export filters!

Hydro GeoBuilder

Hydro GeoBuilder developed by Schlumberger Water Services provides a flexible and streamlined approach to developing conceptual models for MODFLOW and FEFLOW. Quickly and easily assign flow materials, pumping wells screened over multiple layers, and design complex three-dimensional finite element meshes and grids in a multi-view, graphical environment.

DHI-WASY is reseller for Hydro GeoBuilder in combination with FEFLOW.
