Installation of PEST

PEST is free software.

The PEST website www.pesthomepage.org/Downloads.php provides the required installation files for the main program PEST and its additional utilities (e.g. PLPROC, BeoPEST and Groundwater Utilities).

PEST version 13.3 has been tested with this version of FePEST.

For convenience of FEFLOW users, we have an installation package of the PEST Utilities and main executable requires to run properly FePEST. This installation package can be download from MIKE by Powered by DHI website http://www.mikepoweredbydhi.com/download/mike-by-dhi-2014.

When starting FePEST for the first time, a dialog asks you to specify the location of these files, in case the PEST Utilities have not been installed yet. The paths of the utility locations can be changed later from the Options in the Tools menu.
