Supermesh View

Supermesh view windows provide a plan view of the model domain (2D horizontal models), or a side view on a 2D cross-sectional model domain. The view shows the supermesh (the basis for mesh generation) with all features turned active in the View Components panel and some additional components such as an orientation icon and a length-scale icon (scale bar) that can be turned on and off in the context menu of the view window.

The view can be controlled by the settings in the Navigation panel and by using the tools in the View  toolbar.

New (additional) supermesh view windows can be opened by choosing New - Supermesh View from the Window menu.

Supermesh views are used to create and edit the supermesh using the Mesh Editor toolbar.
